Directions from Kensington Area

Take Connecticut Ave (SR-185) South. Turn RIGHT onto East-West Highway(SR-410). Bear
RIGHT (northwest) onto Old Georgetown Road (SR-187). Turn LEFT onto Woodmont
Avenue. Turn LEFT (at second traffic light) onto North Lane (left only). Based on your
time of arrival (see Parking Information), EITHER (1) turn RIGHT into Main (Colonial)
Parking Garage for Two Bethesda Metro Center ; after gate, make immediate LEFT
and park in spaces marked “FitnessWise Reserved”; OR (2) continue on North Lane
and turn RIGHT onto East Lane. Short-Term Parking Garage entrance is 10 yards on
your RIGHT (see Sequoia Bank ATM). Park in spaces marked “FitnessWise/CCLC” if
available.

Driving Distance: approximately 4 miles. Driving time: approximately 10 minutes.

Directions from Potomac Area (River Road)

Take River Road (SR-190) southeast (toward Washington D.C.) Turn LEFT (northeast)
onto Wilson Lane (SR-188). Bear RIGHT(southeast) onto Old Georgetown Road
(SR-187). Bear RIGHT (south) onto Woodmont Avenue. Turn LEFT (at second traffic light)
onto North Lane (left only). Based on your time of arrival (see Parking Information),
EITHER (1) turn RIGHT into Main (Colonial) Parking Garage for Two Bethesda Metro
Center ; after gate, make immediate LEFT and park in spaces marked “FitnessWise
Reserved”; OR (2) continue on North Lane and turn RIGHT onto East Lane. Short-Term
Parking Garage entrance is 10 yards on your RIGHT (see Sequoia Bank ATM). Park in
spaces marked “FitnessWise/CCLC” if available.

Directions from Northwest Washington, D.C. (Wisconsin Avenue)

Take Wisconsin Avenue (SR-355) north. Bear LEFT (northwest) onto Old Georgetown
Road (SR-187). Turn LEFT onto Woodmont Avenue. Turn LEFT (at second traffic light)
onto North Lane (left only). Based on your time of arrival (see Parking Information),
EITHER (1) turn RIGHT into Main (Colonial) Parking Garage for Two Bethesda Metro
Center ; after gate, make immediate LEFT and park in spaces marked “FitnessWise
Reserved”; OR (2) continue on North Lane and turn RIGHT onto East Lane. Short-Term
Parking Garage entrance is 10 yards on your RIGHT (see Sequoia Bank ATM). Park in
spaces marked “FitnessWise/CCLC” if available.

To FitnessWise from Parking

From Main Parking Garage, walk UP from reserved spaces around and past
attendant booth toward Woodmont Avenue to Two Bethesda Metro lobby entrance
and into building. Take elevator to “M” level; exit the building briefly and enter
FitnessWise directly in front of you.

From Short Term Parking Garage, walk RIGHT onto East Lane. Turn RIGHT walking on
Montgomery Lane. Turn RIGHT walking up stairs to first (Mezzanine) level and enter
FitnessWise directly to your right.

Directions by Metro Line (RED LINE)

From the North, take the Metrorail Red Line toward Glenmont to the Bethesda
Station.

From the South, take Metrorail Red Line toward Shady Grove to the Bethesda Station.

Bethesda Station is located at the Bethesda Metro Center on the west side of
Wisconsin Avenue at Montgomery Avenue.

Elevator: Take elevator up to the corner of Wisconsin Avenue and Montgomery
Avenue/Lane. Turn RIGHT walking downhill on Montgomery Lane toward Woodmont
Avenue. Turn RIGHT after Sequoia Bank walking up stairs to first (Mezzanine) level and
enter FitnessWise directly to your right.

Escalator: Take escalator up to Wisconsin Avenue. Walk toward Bethesda Metro
Center buildings/Food Court/Ice Skating Rink (behind Hyatt). Bear LEFT toward
Quiznos and walk down stairs to next (Mezzanine) level and enter FitnessWise directly
to your left.
