The Intelligent Approach to Fitness
You Cannot Afford NOT to Hire a Fitness Professional

I know a fitness professional you could hire. He is ready to go to work, and he truly
wants to do the best job for you. On top of all this, he works for FREE!

However, you should know a few things about him. He has no experience as a fitness
professional. He has never completed a fitness-related course, does not hold a
fitness-related certification or degree, and knows nothing about creating programs to
meet the needs of people with special orthopedic, cardiovascular or neurological
conditions, like low back pain, high cholesterol or obesity. He has never created a
detailed, written fitness program for anyone. He rarely, if at all, speaks to doctors,
physical therapists, athletic trainers, or other fitness professionals about fitness, and he
is not a member of any fitness-related association. In short, he really does not know
anybody in the health and fitness field and knows very little about health and physical
fitness.

Would you hire him? Probably not. But, if you design your own exercise program, you
ARE hiring him — by hiring yourself.

Why hire yourself instead of a professional? You either cannot afford a certified trainer,
or maybe you think it’s a good way to save money.

I know its cliche, but if you are penny wise and pound foolish with your health you will
find yourself carted into a hospital or in need of repeated doctor’s visits just to get by.
How many people do you know who cannot motivate themselves to exercise or hurt
themselves trying? How many people do you know who cannot do simple things like
get up from a sitting position, change clothes or move very far without rest? How
many people do you know who took their health for granted, who wish they had not
let themselves go, and who wish they had started to exercise just a little bit sooner?
Do you find it more and more difficult to wake up comfortably, carry groceries, or
climb stairs? We DO NOT need to age this way; landmark studies suggest we need
not age this way at all.

It’s so gratifying to see our people (and others) do so very well with professional
advice. Those who may be rich only in heart and soul, in time, will see and feel great
things resulting from their work and whatever they can afford in expert help and
support. Yet, I see people march into greasy fast food restaurants day after day, eat
out night after night, buy closets and closets of clothes and gadgets, and say they
cannot afford a fitness professional. I challenge all of you to get what you want and
need in life. You can do it!
