The weather has finally warmed up and it is time to get outside! Whether it's going for a bike ride, playing some golf, trekking through the woods, or taking the dog for a walk, make sure that your body is ready for the fun demands of spring.

Be sure to sign-up for Small Group Classes and check out our nutrition feature to help you get leaner for the warm weather.

Also, please remember to sign-up at the Front Desk for our Spring Potluck Celebration on April 30. It will be a great time to bring friends and family and mingle at the gym (without the "threat" of exercise :-)
