We have had some really hot days and (thankfully) some really cool days this month. Hopefully, everyone has been out and enjoying the weather, regardless of the temperature! On those really hot days, pick a cool outdoor activity such as swimming and on the cooler days, go for a hike. Just make sure to keep busy and stay active!
