We have survived the snow! Though it was dicey there for a couple of days, a New Englander would even say that we had quite the storm. The rest of the cold winter season looks to be behind us (hopefully). With the upcoming warm weather and some snowy mix the past few days, the snow will be all but gone.
Congratulations to all those who participated in the Exercise Across the World Challenge! Between all 11 participants, we traveled a total of 300,000 miles or 12 times around the earth! People visited chilly Canada, bustling Tokyo, and even tread water in the Indian ocean. Everyone did an amazing job stepping outside of comfort zones and really brought some heavy competitive spirit.
The first few TRX classes have been a big success and we plan on having them every Saturday at 8:30 moving forward. If you are interested in the class, please check below for more details.

Whether for the playing field or for a life on the go, TRX Training will help you safely and rapidly improve your fitness, regardless of age or fitness level.
Due to space limitations, we are capping the class at (4) participants. To facilitate this change we ask that if you would like to attend a class, you sign-up online. You can attempt to drop-in during class time the morning of, but if 4 people have already signed-up for the class, you will NOT be able to participate. Online sign-up is a first come, first serve basis with a two person wait list. We encourage you to sign-up as soon as you know your personal schedule for the weekend.
