Happy Halloween!!! Spooky ghosts and ghouls aside, make sure to keep your candy consumption to a minimum. It is easy to snack on the bowl of candy as you await your neighborhood trick-or-treaters.
As a reminder, we have our second FREE flexibility workshop tomorrow afternoon from 12:00-12:30. This workshop is going to be focused on lower body stretching and rolling. We have a couple of spots left, so make sure to sign-up by the end of today!
