We hope many of you have been reaching the early goals you set for yourself at the beginning of the year. The weather has been surprisingly beautiful and the perfect temperature for outdoor activities. Take advantage of it while you can! Who knows what March will hold.
In case you missed it, our yearly Exercise Across the World Challenge began last week. There is still time to sign-up, though you will be at a slight disadvantage for missing all those first week miles! If you are already participating, make sure to get your weekly logs in by Thursday of each week.
