Finally, some good weather! We hope you have all had a chance to get outside and enjoy the sun. The days have been hot, so make sure you are staying adequately hydrated! Make an attempt to get outdoors for some physical activity.

REMINDER: In observance of Independence Day, FitnessWise will be closed Tuesday July 4th.
