We hope you have been enjoying your summer. It has been a hot one! With the heat and humidity, getting outside can sometimes be a detriment, especially with inadequate hydration. Make sure to keep up your fluids and try to get out early morning or late afternoon to avoid the hottest parts of the day. If you cannot safely make it outside, make sure to keep up with your routines in the comfort of an air-conditioned location.

In helping you with injury prevention, improving your posture, and relieving stress, we are now offering a limited time promotion for trainer assisted stretch sessions. If you purchase five (5), you get the 6th one for free! All stretches are tailored to your individual needs!
